Alkaline / Acidic Foods Charts
Everyone's needs vary, but for most the ideal diet is 75% alkalizing and 25% acidifying foods by volume. Stress and allergic reactions tend to produce acids in the body, which may increase the need to consume more of your foods from the alkaline group. These lists are not exhaustive.
