Using a essential oil vaporizing diffuser allows you to enjoy a pleasant aroma in your home and avoid toxic commercial candles, air freshener sprays and deodorizers. It provides a safe, uplifting aroma as well as some health benefits.

Compare Vaporizing Diffusers with Atomization Diffusers

Humidification/Vaporization (such as Hopewell's Aroma Scents): Using a vaporizing diffuser will produce a pleasant aroma, but it has a limited therapeutic capacity since the amount of essential oil is very small and the heavy water molecules will quickly carry the essential oil to the floor.

Nebulization/Atomization (such as the Hopewell Pro): Using an a diffuser that atomizes 100% essential oil as a mist into the air is an excellent way to provide both aroma and therapeutic healing value with essential oils. It does not alter the chemical composition of the oils as it breaks down pure essential oil molecules. It produces a particle size small enough for the lungs and body to absorb them rapidly. The atomized mist hangs in the air for lengths of time, thus these diffusers are best used with timers for low output and short run times, which also economizes the use of the essential oil diffused.

1. I've not been fond of water-spa diffusers, but I went ahead and tried the one Hopewell offered, mainly because I'd like to use it to gently scent my home without using a lot of essential oil. Everything I've purchased from Hopewell has exceeded my expectations, and this diffuser did not disappoint me! I really like the way it works to gently scent the home, but also like the feature where I can use it to play music, and we use the light feature for a nightlight.
