Topical:
The Black Cumin Seed carrier oil has a high amount of Vitamin A, B, and C, and minerals including potassium, copper, zinc selenium, quercetin, thymoqvinone. It has been used as all-purpose medicinal oil for centuries in Asia and Middle Eastern countries. It is especially noted for use with various skin conditions. Absorbs into skin at average speed leaving a slight oily feeling left on skin.

According to Dr. Gary Null of the Progressive Radio Network, "Black cumin oil is probably the single most important oil you can put in your system. Every time you take black cumin you are stimulating your immune system to fight on your behalf and increase natural killer cells." Nigella sativa has been healing ills for more than 2000 years. It stimulates the immune system and is used effectively today for HIV, auto-immune disease and cancerous tumors (specifically pancreatic cancer tumors). Some feel black cumin oils improves the immune response by 72% in as few as four weeks.* Dr. Hwyda Arafat at the Kimmel Cancer Center at Jefferson conducted several studies using Nigella sativa (black cumin) to treat pancreatic cancer. The results showed 80% cancer tumor cell death. Dr. Arafat went on to say, "Nigella sativa helps treat a broad array of diseases, including some immune and inflammatory disorders. Previous studies also have shown anticancer activity in prostate and colon cancers, as well as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects."

Allergic Rhinitis — "The results show that N. sativa could reduce the presence of the nasal mucosal congestion, nasal itching, runny nose, sneezing attacks, turbinate hypertrophy, and mucosal pallor during the first 2 weeks (day 15). The present findings are consistent with evidence that the antiallergic effects of N. sativa components could be attributed to allergic rhinitis. Moreover, N. sativa should be considered for treating allergic rhinitis when the effects of other antiallergic drugs need to be avoided."

Cancer Risk Reduction
Helps reduce cancer risk — Various studies have been conducted regarding the potential anticancer benefits of black seed oil. Researchers have found that it may be helpful against these cancers:
Colon
Pancreatic
Fibrosarcoma
Regular black seeds may also be helpful in preventing certain cancers. Studies have
found that they may help reduce your risk of the following cancers:
Liver
Lung
Breast
Blood
Cervical
Anticancer Activities of Nigella Sativa (Black Cumin)

Diabetes — In a study from Universiti Teknologi MARA in Malaysia,
researchers tested the ability of black seed oil to manage diabetes in rats. They discovered that upon administration of the oil, all immunological parameters (serum glucose, Pan T- and B-lymphocytes and innate cell marker) were reduced while simultaneously increasing serum insulin levels.

Inflammation | Rheumatoid Arthritis
"This study demonstrated that Nigella sativa could improve inflammation and reduce oxidative stress in patients with RA and suggested that supplementation with an extract of the seed may be a beneficial adjunctive therapy in this population of patients."

Skin infections — Research has shown that N. sativa seeds contain
strong antibacterial properties that may help fight Staphylococcus aureus, a
common bacteria that can cause a variety of topical infections. 10

75kg/165lb person weight [take your weight in pounds and divide by 165 then multiply by 2, and that will equal how many tsp you should take)
80mg Black Cumin oil or seeds x 75kg/165lb = 6000mg or 6gm, which is about 2 tsp oil or seeds
1/2 this much for "maintenance"
HEO's Comment: I weigh about 120lbs and have used more than 2 tsp Black Cumin oil for years on my daily salads. More is not a problem. My suggestion is to use it daily and enjoy it! It's truly a wonderful, God-given oil with abundant benefits.

Honey and Nigella sativa against [the illness of 2019-2022] in Pakistan: A multi-center placebo-controlled randomized clinical trial - medRxiv
"HNS [honey and nigella sativa] provided clinical superiority in reducing mortality in [the illness of 2019-2021] patients."      "[It] exhibits an energy complex score better than that of chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine and favipiravir - the drugs have shown some anti [illness of 2019-2021] activity." "It also demodulates the secretion of a number of pro-inflammatory mediators and improves helper T-cell (T4) and suppressor T-cell (T8) ratio with increased natural killer (NK) cell activity. It also manifests potential radical scavenging." "All data combined is suggestive of a robust therapeutic profile of HNS and results can be highly encouraging amidst current second wave of [the illness of 2019-2021]. This superior efficacy of HNS is attributed to the combination of its several constituents."

Therapeutic Potential of Thymoquinone and Its Nanoformulations in Pulmonary Injury: A Comprehensive Review International Journal of Nanomedicine PDF

"The use of herbal drugs as complementary medicine is prevalent and gaining world wide popularity. Many drugs are derived directly from plants; while the others are chemically modified natural products. The original research articles published so far have confirmed the pharmacological potential of N. sativa seeds, its oil and extracts and some of its active principles, particularly TQ and alpha-hederin, possess remarkable in-vitro and in-vivo pharmacological activities against a large variety of diseases and found to be relatively safe."
Nutshell of their findings:
antibacterial
"...displayed strong divergent antifungal activity towards a number of phytopathogenic fungi."
antischistosomiasis (liver damage)
"...it reduced the number  of S. mansoni  worms in the liver and decreased  the total number  of ova deposited  in both the liver and the intestine."
antidiabetic
"N. sativa  is of immense therapeutic benefit in  diabetic individuals and  those with glucose intolerance as  it accentuates glucose-induced secretion of insulin  besides having a  negative impact on glucose absorption from the intestinal mucosa."
anticancer
"The administration of  N. sativa was  found to reduce  the carcinogenic effects of  DMBA carcinogen in  mammary carcinoma which indicated the  protective role  of N. sativa in mammary carcinoma."
anti-inflammatory and analgesic
"N. sativa should be considered for treating allergic rhinitis when the effects of other anti-allergic drugs need to be avoided."
"It was  revealed that N. sativa and TQ were shown to inhibit inflammatory cytokines . . .."
immunomodulatory
"N. sativa  seed extract, TQ decreased intestinal mast cell  numbers and plasma  mouse mast cell protease-1. It was demonstrated that N.  sativa seed extract significantly improves symptoms and immune parameters in murine OVA-induced allergic diarrhea."
cardiovascular activity
"Pretreatment of mice with TQ prevented DEP-induced decrease of systolic blood pressure and leucocytosis, increased IL-6 concentration and decreased plasma SOD activity. TQ  also prevented  the decrease in platelet numbers and the prothrombotic events but not platelet aggregation in vitro."
gastro-protective
"These findings suggest  that TQ could  serve as a potential therapeutic agent for  the treatment of  patients with inflammatory bowel disease."
hepato-protective (liver)
"These results strengthen the hypothesis that TQ exerts modulatory influence on  the antioxidant defense system on being subjected to toxic insult."
nephroprotective (kidneys)
"N. sativa seeds had non-significant effects on biochemical  parameters  in Cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity, although the histo-pathologic properties of the kidneys relatively recovered after N. sativa use."
pulmonary-protective activity and anti-asthmatic effects
"The results of the this study showed that N. sativa has a relatively potent antiasthmatic effect on asthmatic airways."
testicular-protective
"Administration of TQ reversed histological  changes of methotrexate significantly. It was suggested that TQ use may decrease the destructive effects of methotrexate on testicular tissue of patients using this agent."
neuro-pharmacolgical (central nervous system)
"The neuroprotective effects of both the extracts of N. sativa in cerebral ischemia were observed. The  neuroprotective effects could  be due to its antioxidant,  free radical scavenging,  and anti-inflammatory properties."

The Cancer Research Laboratory of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, USA, in 1997 stated Black Cumin seed oil had enormous success in tumor therapy without the negative side effects of common chemo-therapy. They found that it increased the growth rate of bone marrow cells by a staggering 250% and inhibited tumor growth by 50%. It stimulated immune cells and raised the interferon production which protects cells from the cell destroying effect of viruses. The cancer research group concluded that when a person has a healthy immune system, cancer cells are destroyed before cancer can pose a risk to a person’s health. They concluded that black seed oil is an ideal candidate for use in cancer prevention and treatment and that it has remarkable promises for clinical use.
Dosage info:

Antiproliferative and Apoptosis-Inducing Activities of Thymoquinone in Lymphoblastic Leukemia Cell Line. Indian J Hematol Blood Transfus. 2017 Dec;33(4):516-524. doi: 10.1007/s12288-016-0758-8. Epub 2016 Dec 8.
"Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is one of the malignant proliferations of lymphoid cells in the early stages of differentiation and accounts for about 80% of all cases of childhood leukemia. Side effects of available treatment are still main concern. Thymoquinone (TQ), a natural compound isolated from Nigella sativa, induces growth inhibition and apoptosis in several cancer cell lines."

Our docking results prove that the top four potential phytochemical molecules of N. sativa, especially α-hederin, could be considered for ongoing drug development strategies against SARS-CoV-2.

We summarize recent findings on the efficacy of TQ and its nanotypes in lung disorders caused by immunocompromised conditions such as cancer, diabetes, gastric ulcers, and other neurodegenerative diseases. It is concluded that TQ nanoparticles with anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiasthma, and antitumor activity may be safely applied to treat lung disorders.

After four weeks, the end results showed a 72 percent increase in T-cell ratios and cell functional activity in most participants.

Testimonies
1. I have arthritic left thumb. I put Black Cumin oil on it, and it really does decrease the swelling, stiffness and pain with mobility. - Leslie

2. For severe back pain I have been using Black Cumin, Strength, Copaiba and EMU oil. Then I apply heat to my back, and it really works. I don't know which one of these works, but I know the combo of all of them really works. - L.R.

3. My friend had a tumor on her breast, and they had been rubbing the Black Cumin oil right on it. The tumor had turned black and was flaking off!!! She was gaining strength and doing so much better. However, the flu bug got the best of her and that took her rather than the cancer. We have all been having a nasty upper respiratory flu going around up here and her body just couldn't handle it. - Janet

4. My tween began getting mild acne around her hairline, nose and on her chin. We put Complexion blend into your Black Cumin Seed oil at a 3% dilution rate per your chart. She has been using it daily to moisturize her face after showering. Her face improved within 48 hours. We also used the same oils at a 10% dilution in a roll-on applicator that she can put directly on red spots. Within a day, the redness has disappeared. Thank you for this great blend. We will be adding your Honey Oatmeal goat milk soap with our next order. By the way- this is a kid-approved post. My daughter asked me to tell you about it because she's sure other pre-teen girls would appreciate the info. :) - April

5. I have had a thyroid cyst for a year and a half now. I went to get a follow-up ultrasound on my Thyroid in May of this year (2018), and the ultrasound showed that it had grown .2 cm (to 2.2 cm) from last year. My doctor ordered a thyroid biopsy, where they would insert a needle into my throat/thyroid to make sure it wasn't cancer. I came home from the ultrasound and the Hopewell website and did a search on "Cysts" and "Cancer." I found Assist, Black Cumin Oil  and Luke 1:37. Once I got them, I applied each of them on my throat nightly. The first week of June, I went to the hospital for my thyroid biopsy. The radiologist had me on the table ready to go. First, he had to perform an ultrasound to determine where to insert the needle.  He was looking around for a while and then started asking me questions. He brought in 3 other radiologists to look at the ultrasound, and none of them could find it. They couldn't perform the biopsy because there wasn't a cyst there anymore!! I left the appointment so confused, because I had been building my courage up so much for the procedure. It wasn't until I put the key into the ignition that I remembered that the only thing that had changed since the ultrasound the month before was the application Hopewell's oils. I did nothing else different. I have always believed the oils were helping me, but I never thought I would have medical evidence that they worked. I'm not sure which one was the oil that made the difference, so I am just going to keep ordering all three, so that I don't change anything I was doing. Thank you and God Bless you!!! - Karin

6. I used Black Cumin Seed Oil liberally on a foliaceous rash on my legs. Within 2-3 weeks it cleared up. - Samantha

7. Black cumin seed oil is phenomenal for cysts! Apply several times per day and it knocks out infection every time. - Wendee

8. I have been rubbing Black Cumin oil on my jaw and face to stop tooth pain. It works! - Sue
