7. I wanted to provide some honest feedback about this hand [spray] . Firstly, I have been a loyal customer for years, and love Hopewell as a company, and love the quality product! I was excited to purchase the spray hand [spray] from you, and had high hopes. Unfortunately I haven't had a good experience so far, and wished I didn't order two. I always spray down my credit cards after using them in a store, to prevent cross contamination. After using your spray, something weird happened to the plastic on my card. It looks almost like it melted the whole front of the card, and is also very brittle like it might snap in half. I also noticed that the [spray] smells vaguely of urine when using it. I put my car window down now when I use it, because the smell bothers me. I understand that it is the Cedarwood and lime, but it is unappealing. I genuinely wanted you to be aware of these things, and hope that this feedback is useful. Thank you again for everything. - Alissa
[HEO's Comment: So sorry about the credit card. Essential oils tend to degrade plastics, so we don't use on surfaces that might be harmed by alcohol, essential oils or coconut oil. We encouraged Alissa to add a few drops of an essential oil she has on hand that she finds aromatically pleasant (such as Orange, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang). "One way to “tinker” would be to spray 1 spray unto a tissue and then add 1 drop of a desirable oil (such as Orange) on another tissue. Hold the tissues close and see what you think of the aroma initially and also after waiting 5-10 minutes. If you find it desirable, then slowly add drops to your bottle - maybe 5 drops at a time. Shake well and spray to test the aroma. By going about this slowly, you may be able to tweak the aroma to something you will love. I sure hope so! You have a 2oz bottle, which has 5% essential oils in it. I would personally not add more than 20 drops to the bottle, which will bring the percentage of essential oils up to 6%."]

21. I used Kleen Hands spray on a wasp sting this summer.  Normally it would swell and itch terribly for days. By the next day there was no swelling and only a tiny hole where it stung me. I love this blend. - Denise 

22. I have used Klean Hands almost entirely instead of soap and water to clear up dyshidrotic eczema on my knuckles. There is no hand sanitizer that I have found that comes close to the excellent effect your product has. Most others must have too much alcohol because my hands react with burning and itching when I use them. The ones that are not irritating are so yucky and thick that they build up on my skin after a few uses. Klean Hands is perfect. - Fran
