Pneumonia / Pleurisy
While Zinc has been scientifically shown to deactivate the enzyme that a virus cell needs to reproduce, it needs an Ionophores to help it penetrate the cell. Many MDs have prescribed hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) and zinc with very good results. Dr. Zelenko tells his patients that Quercetin works like HCQ (it is also an ionophore) and is available over the counter. Dr. Zelenko suggest that people in a high-risk category consider taking the following:
Quercetin 500mg - one daily
Elemental Zinc 25mg - one daily
Vitamin C 1000mg - one daily
Caution: Studies show that acetaminophen (Tylenol) depletes glutathione, which is very important in helping your body fight illness. Many take Tylenol to reduce a fever. Remember that fever is your friend - the Lord’s provision to fight the illness! Taking Tylenol to reduce it is like shooting your own defense system.

In Robert Tisserand's Essential Oil Safety Masterclass (2022), Robert stated in a Q&A that he personally felt that ingesting eucalyptus capsules was very effective for respiratory issues.
Inner Thigh/Suppository Application
"Essential oils absorbed into the abdominal veins [eg. as a suppository or applied on inner thighs] bypass the liver. They are fed directly into the heart-lung circulatory system without first being subjected to biotransformation by the liver detoxification enzyme system. Consequently, they reach the lower bronchial capillaries in their original lipophilic and volatile state, still capable of eliminating pathogenic microorganisms and dissolving and expectorating mucus" (From The Healing Intelligence of Essential Oils by Kurt Schnaubelt.)
Suppository Use Information
Pneumonia, chronic bronchitis and lung congestion respond very quickly to essential oils when delivered by suppositories. The essential oils bypass the liver and are fed directly into the heart-lung circulatory system. Thus, they reach the lower bronchial capillaries in their original lipophilic and volatile state, still capable of eliminating pathogenic microorganisms and dissolving and expectorating mucus. If helpful, a suppository can be used every 1-2 hours as needed. A quick way to accomplish a suppository is to put 1-3 drops of Lung Support blend, Rosemary ct. verbenone, Myrtle or another mild oil of choice into an empty capsule and fill the rest full with a carrier oil such as Olive or Castor oil. The desired ratio is said to be 10:1 (1 drop essential oil to 10 drops carrier oil). If you do this for someone else, especially a child, try it on yourself first to be sure you have the dilution correct so that it's not uncomfortable. If diluted properly, it should not cause discomfort. For ease of filling a capsule, many prefer to use a pipette. We have glass pipettes and plastic available. Lubricate the capsule liberally and insert. Lie down or recline for about 30 minutes as the essential oils dissolve the capsule and move into the lungs. Always test your application on yourself before you apply to your child. Adjust the dilution if needed.
11. NSC-100 Beta Glucan pulled me out of a bad case of pneumonia before I learned about using essential oils. It's an amazing product. I took 2 capsules 4x the first couple of days and had a phenominal turn around.
12. My mother researched NSC-100 Beta Glucan and purchased a bottle for me when I had pneumonia. I'd recently had a baby and was hardly able to nurse adequately. NSC is safe for lactating mothers, so I was able to take 2 capsules, 4 times the first day and made a huge leap in improvement by the next day. I took 8 capsules the next day as well, and felt so much better that I had dinner at the table with the family. I started backing off the number I took daily and continued to improve as long as I didn't overdo it, which was challenging since I'd been in bed so long and felt so much better! - Linda
