Traditionally used to support healthy lymph, liver and kidney function.
Inhalation: Diffuse or directly inhale. Internal: Lymphatic Cleanse is suitable for internal use within safe parameters if such use is deemed appropriate. Internal use is rarely needed and should only be used with respect for how concentrated the oils are. HEO does not advocate internal use of essential oils without appropriate knowledge and understanding of how to administer, for what purpose, how much, which essential oils, safety concerns and so on. In our experience, essential oils are generally more effective when used topically with proper dilution or inhaled. Kurt Schnaubelt, Ph.D., notes, "French aromatherapy literature contains many references to using oils orally." He notes that "generally, one drop is always enough when ingesting essential oils." A potential toxicity hazard could occur when untrained people use essential oils orally and ingest too much. Keep in mind that while medical doctors or health care practitioners may prescribe essential oils for internal use, they are trained and experienced in the safe application of essential oils. It is not a matter of using "French" or "British" methods; it's a matter of experience and appropriate application.
Some have reported that it has been helpful to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of filtered water daily. If you need to add Lymphatic Cleanser to your water, use only glass, ceramic or stainless steel—not plastic. Shake vigorously, then drink.

8. I periodically get swollen and tender lymph nodes. The Lymphatic Cleanse blend helps, but I am not fond of the citrus smell. However, Dr. Hull's Lymph Venus has a beautiful aroma, which is not citrus-smelling. It is effective while smelling better. - Sandy 9. Neuropathy spray has helped me the most so far with the pain associated with lymphedema. I have used a combination of HEOs Tangerine and Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) to help move the fluid buildup out of my body. I have read that Ginger EO has been used successfully to move the fluid. I have not yet tried it. - Nora 10. I have lymphedema in my right arm, and I love Lymphatic Cleanse. I add a few drops to my lotion and spread it on. - Mary Ann
11. Lymphatic Cleanse has been very effective for one of my sisters and myself when used in water. - Savannah
Avoid contact with eye. Essential oils are both lipophilic and hydrophobic. Lipophilic means they are attracted to fat—like the membranes of your eye and skin. They are also hydrophobic, meaning they do not like water. Flushing with water will only send the essential oil back to the eye's membranes. Applying a carrier oil will create another fat for the essential oil to be attracted to other than the membranes of the eye or skin. We’ve not known this to cause permanent injury or long-term discomfort, but if you feel concerned, please call your doctor if necessary.
